To keep in mind all of 2019 (and beyond)

I posted this image quote and caption on Pinterest but just had to share here. I need it here to keep it in mind all year, to hopefully motivate any of the readers, and because it simply cannot be shared enough!, this is a reminder we ALL need… What I am working towards all 2019:

Now that we have entered this New Year of 2019, we should all look at this quote and make it our goal this year to defeat this cycle! I refuse to keep working 10 hours a day, 4-6 days a week for someone else and NOT put even half of that same energy into myself. We cannot reach our goals without hard work. Let us beat the self-doubt, the exhaustion, the days we are without motivation etc and let us work towards our goals! This is day 1 of 365, we GOT this.

New Year Thoughts

It’s amazing how much we doubt and second guess ourselves… the pressure we can place on ourselves can really weigh heavily on us. I’m unbelievably guilty of this. See, I have really good ideas that I want to set forth but the doubt, pressure, second guessing, and thinking I am not good enough, has really prevented me to move forward with them.

But enough is enough. This upcoming year is going to be about Letting Go, and Letting God. I am going to move forward with ideas and just give it my best. My best HAS to start being good enough for ME.

My word for 2019 is Growth; I want to grow in health, grow in knowledge, grow in wealth. Self-Growth is not only my main goal & focus in 2019 but also the stepping stone to my overall life goal – to live, not just exist.

I spent 2018 working. I had months where I only had 3 or 4 days off the ENTIRE MONTH. I spent all that time working for my job and not focusing enough on investing time on myself. I have business ideas that I can make into realities if I put in even half of the hard work I have put into my job and other people. We must stop putting ourselves last…

– Just now as I write this, this image post I saw months ago on social media came to mind and I had to stop, find it, and post it on pinterest (check out my post on pinterest or here). –

For 2019 what I am most excited about and will be the biggest contributor to my goals of self-growth, networking, traveling, getting back to writing, and meeting new people, is this blog! I have been wanting to start a blog for quite some time, but it was not even a week ago when my cousin and I were randomly speaking about blogs that the want and need to start a blog rang through me and now here we are. I look forward to launching my blog, instagram, and the blogging community pages as well as all the other things I have planned for this year. Having someone to discuss it and plan it with really makes it that much easier to do and keep each other accountable. I hope it stays that way. So here is to this new journey! Cannot wait to keep posting. (Let’s see how many posts will take me two days of thinking and writing like this one did lol)
